BOOKINGS
A credit card is required to hold all appointments. If you choose not to provide your credit card information, we will not be able to hold the appointment.
CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOW POLICY
It’s important to understand that when forgetting or canceling appointments without giving enough notice, businesses lose the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and other clients waiting for appointments miss out on receiving services. For the benefit and respect of all our clients and professionals, appointments are subject to the following terms:
You may cancel or modify your appointment without charge anytime 6 business hours before your appointment’s start time.
Less than 6 business hours notice is considered a “Late Cancellation” and will result in a charge of 30% of the scheduled service(s) fee.
If you do not cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be considered a “No Show” and charged $50 of the scheduled service(s).
Appointments booked within the 6-hour period are still subject to the cancellation policy.
As a courtesy, appointment reminder SMS are sent 24 hours in advance of appointments, and appointment confirmation request are sent 12 hours in advance of appointments to the contact information given at the time of booking. Failing to respond to those confirmation messages could result in your appointment slot being given to another client.
Late arrivals will be charged the full price of the scheduled service(s) even if there is not enough time to render them.
Repeated instances of no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in the loss of booking privileges.
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise, and in those cases, we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling or cancellations. However, it is the client’s responsibility to communicate any changes in a timely manner.
Applicable taxes will be retained and remitted.
There are no exceptions.
There are no refunds. If there is an issue with the service, please contact us directly and we will do our best to improve the experience for you.

Due to the inconsistent nature of lashes, and the quality of lash application,Lash extensions from other salons must be charge for 3 weeks refill price.
If we must remove the old lashes, there will be an additional $30 fee. If you have booked an appointment and are wearing lashes from another salon, please contact us (631)-926-7117 prior to ensure there is enough time to remove your lashes.
We also offer 20% off any eyelash extensions sets for new clients, which can help with the added cost of the removal!

Prestige Lash Studio does not offer the two leniency days for refills anymore. For example, a 2 week refill can only be 14 days or less from your last appointment. Any day(s) over 14 will be considered a 3-week refill price. The same rule applies for 1 week or 3 week refills. One day over a 3-week refill would then be considered a full new set.
